About the role
- Oversees initiatives or streams with autonomy, coordinating complexity and scale
- Defines and leads analysis efforts across highly ambiguous spaces
- Leads the analysis of business problems, defining the problem space and driving comprehensive root cause analysis
- Proactively prevents scope creep and manages changes
- Identifies and engages key stakeholders, shaping strategy as a trusted advisor
- Evaluates strategic solution options, including advanced value analysis and risk assessment
- Works typically on a product or product line level, managing evolving requirements
- Leads the end-to-end design of scalable data products and ensures data integrity and quality
Requirements
- Extensive experience overseeing initiatives with autonomy
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Advisory/Consultancy concepts and practices
- Proven track record of recommending optimal technology solutions for sustainable business transformation
- Proven track record of taking a data product from initial business ambiguity through to a production-ready solution
- Strong knowledge and expertise in pharmacovigilance (PV) systems
- Ability to apply systems thinking to provide holistic and enterprise-wide consulting advice
- Mastery in requirements and domain knowledge
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques
- Proficiency with Pharmacovigilance / Safety Case Management and/or Reporting solutions
