About the role

  • Lead and manage the Product Manager team for lab integration, IT & digital solutions and the Laboratory & Workflow Consulting team.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the teams effectively execute their marketing, product management, and lab consulting responsibilities.
  • Building strategy and developing plan, consistent with global guidance and portfolio strategy, utilizing insights gained from customer and patient segmentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and product development plans.
  • Ensure all the support for the sales team/MA team comply with relevant acts, legal demand and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master Degree in Health/Science/Pharmaceutical or Medical disciplines
  • Multi-national companies experience at healthcare industry
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in product management
  • MBA in Marketing will be a plus
  • Marketing and business development experience will be a plus
  • Leading team experience will be a plus
  • Conversant in both English and Vietnamese (conversational & writing)
  • Problem solving & project management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Training and coaching skills
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
