About the role

  • ensure the effective and efficient support of global processes in the area of SAP authorization concepts
  • support SAP end-users with resolving arising authorization issues
  • collect all relevant information for raised issues, analyze root cause and propose solution to 2nd Level Support if needed
  • provide SAP access management support for missing or locked users
  • provide access management support in case of missing role/job function assignment
  • raise requests to 2nd Level Support for user creation/unlocking/change of user parameters
  • contribute to the continuous improvement processes which also reflects your personal mindset

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Finance and P2P business processes
  • 1-2 years in the area of process management (FiCo user support)
  • Good end user knowledge in SAP systems like SAP R3, SAP BW, SAP GRC
  • Interest to gain experiences in SAP Security and SoD compliance
  • Experience in SAP authorization support is a plus
  • Strong English skills
  • Appreciative mindset and customer focus.
