Lead Data Product Development: Manage the full lifecycle of data products, from ideation to deployment, leveraging Roche’s IT/OT ecosystems for stable, automated solutions.
Drive Value Delivery & Prioritization: Develop prioritized product backlogs, guiding teams to deliver scalable, reusable data products that achieve measurable business outcomes.
Ensure Governance & Compliance: Guarantee data products adhere to Roche’s data quality standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, GxP).
Champion Collaboration & Mentorship: Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, fostering harmonization and mentoring other Data Product Owners.

Requirements

7+ years of industry experience in designing and delivering complex, high-quality data and analytics solutions in an agile environment
4+ years in a product owner, data analyst, or similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Proven track record of data management on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake) and experience with product management/roadmap development
Strong understanding of data architectures, data modeling, data integration (e.g., data mesh, data warehousing), and SDLC/CSV
Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead teams in an agile setting
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technology-related field
