About the role
- Shape and execute customer- and patient-centric commercial strategies
- Connect brand ambition with customer experience
- Conduct market analysis and competitive landscaping
- Lead execution of global segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies
- Support launch readiness planning, tactical execution, and performance tracking for BC/NMD/Ophtha
- Lead localization and execution of global communication strategies for campaigns
- Design and execute disease area specific promotional plans and integrated customer experiences
- Identify market opportunities and gaps from insights
- Collaborate closely with ME CX&I network, Medical, Access, Informatics, and PJPs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, customer engagement, or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Proven experience in omnichannel engagement, which is highly preferred
- Proven experience in Ophthalmology
- Strong track record of success in brand planning, launch execution, and omnichannel engagement
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in working within cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Demonstrated experience in working beyond affiliate level while leading or being part of WPTs
- Operate with a strong customer- and patient-centric mindset
- Strong collaborative relationships and partnerships
- Leverage data and digital marketing fluency to drive impact
- Adapt quickly and embrace a growth mindset
