About the role

  • Shape and execute customer- and patient-centric commercial strategies
  • Connect brand ambition with customer experience
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive landscaping
  • Lead execution of global segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies
  • Support launch readiness planning, tactical execution, and performance tracking for BC/NMD/Ophtha
  • Lead localization and execution of global communication strategies for campaigns
  • Design and execute disease area specific promotional plans and integrated customer experiences
  • Identify market opportunities and gaps from insights
  • Collaborate closely with ME CX&I network, Medical, Access, Informatics, and PJPs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, customer engagement, or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
  • Proven experience in omnichannel engagement, which is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in Ophthalmology
  • Strong track record of success in brand planning, launch execution, and omnichannel engagement
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in working within cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Demonstrated experience in working beyond affiliate level while leading or being part of WPTs
  • Operate with a strong customer- and patient-centric mindset
  • Strong collaborative relationships and partnerships
  • Leverage data and digital marketing fluency to drive impact
  • Adapt quickly and embrace a growth mindset
