About the role

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to define project objectives and scope
  • Work on Brand Performance tracking, Disease Market Overview, Patient Journeys, Forecasting, Product launch support, Patient adherence, Physician/Account Targeting, Payer Mix, Marketing Impact and ROIs
  • Lead pharma data explorations, data deep dives and recommend data sources for analysis
  • Act as thought partner and provide high quality analytics solutions
  • Understand stakeholder needs, prioritize and manage day to day tasks
  • Motivate, mentor and coach junior members on the team
  • Be involved in decision making and contribute to key initiatives to grow GATE team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in B Tech / B.E. - Any Specialization (Computer Science preferred)
  • 5-8 years of experience in analytics / consulting
  • 4-6 years of experience in delivering analytics projects in Pharma / Biotech / Healthcare
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Economics/Econometrics, Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Any certifications on analytics or data science would be an added advantage
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Suite, SQL and Python.
  • Good to have working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, QuickView, Alteryx.
