About the role

  • Lead and manage end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to model deployment
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions
  • Collect, clean, and prepare large and complex healthcare-related datasets for analysis
  • Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models to address complex business problems
  • Build Econometric/market mix models (MMM), multi-touch attribution models (MTA), optimize marketing spend and implement recommendations
  • Develop and implement GenAI models and tools to solve business problems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or a relevant discipline
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in data science
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS preferred)
  • Hands-on experience building models using algorithms and techniques such as multivariate regression, time series analysis, XGBoost, clustering, classification, OLS regression, Naïve Bayes
  • At least 4 years of strong experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, spaCy, NLTK, NumPy, pandas, and Spark
