About the role
- Lead implementation projects using appropriate and efficient methodologies
- Maintain broad knowledge to diagnose, resolve, and implement IT & workflow solutions
- Provide education, training, and technical expertise on the portfolio
- Prepare, install, and configure systems according to customer requirements
- Perform preventive maintenance, modifications, and corrective actions on IT systems
- Provide on-site and telephone support to customers for our IT solutions
- Define and request interfaces between our instruments or Information Solutions and third-party hosting systems
- Advise on system process optimization and interact with customers' IT functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology required (or a related field)
- Strong understanding and knowledge of IT infrastructure and network communications
- Experience in the IVD/IVDR field or hospital environment and troubleshooting complex integrated IT solutions (preferred)
- Service-oriented mindset focused on creating value and delivering results
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
