About the role

  • Responsible for designing and implementing systems for impact measurement.
  • Develop robust decision-making foundations based on impact analyses.
  • Initiate and lead pilot projects to increase positive impact.
  • Translate complex data into clear messages for diverse audiences.
  • Produce foundational insights from data to support credible data storytelling.
  • Build, maintain, and further develop external partnerships in the field of sustainability.

Requirements

  • Degree in sustainability management, environmental sciences, social sciences, or economics.
  • Solid expertise across the three sustainability dimensions (Triple Bottom Line).
  • Proven experience establishing processes for systematic collection and assessment of sustainability data.
  • Proficient with impact measurement methodologies and common reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SDGs, LCAs).
  • Experience collaborating with multiple business functions.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
