About the role
- Collaborate closely with the Strategic Analytics & Insights team based in the US
- Deliver advanced analytics and actionable insights that support strategic priorities
- Support US pricing, contracting, and managed markets analytics
- Analyze payer contract performance and support payer pull-through targeting/ measurement
- Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports tracking pricing execution, contract effectiveness, distribution performance, and access outcomes
- Deliver managed markets insights across formulary position, utilization management, payer segmentation, and access sophistication
- Leverage US healthcare datasets including medical and pharmacy claims, lives and coverage data
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Technology or a relevant discipline, with a preference for Computer Science, Software, Statistics, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering and related fields
- 4-8 years of analytics / consulting experience, with 2-5 years specifically in Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare analytics projects
- Expertise in US Pharma Commercial Operations and strong background in Payer Analytics
- Exposure to 340B programs, payer contracting, gross-to-net drivers, or managed markets analytics
- Experience supporting quarterly or cyclical pricing and contract operations
- Experience supporting US stakeholders from an offshore delivery model
- Experience with a range of secondary data sets including IQVIA Sales data, 867 data, LAAD Claims
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL along with knowledge programming language such as Python
