About the role
- Acts as primary contact and relationship manager for CDMOs
- Leads international governance teams across diverse functions
- Ensures the execution of development, preclinical, clinical, and commercial supply
- Manages routine production, QC activities, and partner performance
- Enforces adherence to regulations while mitigating risk
Requirements
- At least 10 years in manufacturing/operations
- Minimum of 5 years managing large-scale, complex projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences required
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred
- Proficiency in a GMP-regulated environment
- Experience with drug substance (DS) and drug product (DP) development
