Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters in Scientific, Medical or Healthcare field
- Substantial experience in biomarkers in clinical/diagnostic development or pharmaceutical/biotechnology R&D
- Prior people management experience
- Comprehensive understanding of global Pharma Clinical development
- Experience managing large, matrixed organizations
- Fluent in English with additional language skills as an asset
