About the role
- Collaborate with a team to support development, enhancement, and maintenance of datasets
- Evaluate datasets for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness
- Interact with stakeholders for data requirements
- Generate quantitative/qualitative reports with key takeaways
- Develop process improvements for data management activities
- Perform data analysis using statistical tools
- Periodically generate data reports for stakeholders
- Address issues and queries in an accurate and timely manner
- Perform data cleansing and harmonizing for statistical analysis
- Audit data regularly to ensure integrity
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant data management/software programming experience
- Knowledge of statistical data analysis tools (R, Python, SQL, Excel, VBA)
- Experience in Big Data Analysis (Hadoop, Hive, Spark)
- Exposure to cloud-based data environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, learning-oriented, and quality-focused individuals
- Basic analysis on big data (mandatory)
- Prior experience in Healthcare/Life science/Pharma/Biotech (big plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree (computer science, engineering or related discipline)
- Master’s Degree (good to have)
