About the role
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs in inventory, procurement, and supply chain.
- Solution Design: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules for Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, and related areas.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve inventory flows, procurement cycles, and vendor management processes.
- Implementation: Lead or support the deployment of inventory and procurement modules, including data migration and system integration.
- User Training & Support: Train end-users, develop documentation, and provide ongoing support for inventory and procurement functions.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test scripts, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure solution quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new features, recommend enhancements, and support post-go-live optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics (D365FO) Supply Chain Management.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, especially Inventory Management and Procurement modules.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Experience configuring workflows, purchasing policies, vendor catalogs, and inventory controls
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
