QA Automation Engineer

• Own, configure, and continuously optimize our outbound tooling stack (LinkedIn automation, cold email platforms, enrichment and orchestration tools)
• Build and maintain automated lead generation pipelines across LinkedIn and email
• Integrate and orchestrate the stack (CRM, outreach tools, data enrichment) via APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n)
• Set up and optimize AI-driven workflows that personalize and scale outreach (configuration and tuning of the system)
• Align and configure outreach campaigns to match product marketing campaigns and go-to-market priorities
• Own technical deliverability and sending infrastructure - domains, inboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm-up, inbox rotation
• Instrument, measure, and optimize performance (deliverability, reply and conversion rates); run experiments and iterate on the system, not just on copy
