About the role
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain financial models to assess the financial impact of acquisitions and other transactions
- Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities
- Provide analytical support in the development of strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and long-term planning
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including valuation, forecasting, and scenario modeling, to evaluate business opportunities
- Maintain project documentation and ensure efficient communication across teams involved in corporate development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a similar field
- Familiarity with financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, data analysis) and PowerPoint (presentation preparation)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in the technology, manufacturing, robotics, or autonomous vehicle industries
