About the role
- Monitor the performance of paid marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Out-of-Home, Email).
- Analyze audience behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign attribution to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Work with internal and external teams to refine targeting, messaging, and budgeting strategies.
- Build dashboards and regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for leadership.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for both marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Define and track key growth and acquisition metrics across campaigns and platforms.
- Support A/B tests, creative experiments, landing page optimization, and channel testing.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Brand teams to align on acquisition goals and messaging.
- Research market trends, competitor performance, and emerging platforms relevant to growth efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth analytics, digital advertising, or data-driven marketing.
- Experience analyzing paid media performance and marketing funnels.
- Familiarity with campaign platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency with data and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience using Excel/Sheets at an intermediate to advanced level (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
