About the role
- Design for seamless money movement and customer care experiences and guide the evolution of the growing portfolio of products.
- Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
- Partner closely with content design, research, engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to find sophisticated but practical solutions.
- Listen to customers and domain experts to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight customers.
- Rapidly explore a wide range of concepts and prototypes, then zoom in to refine and deliver pixel-perfect designs.
- Define and clarify outcomes, build a plan of action, and deliver results when outcomes are unclear.
- Navigate complexities and constraints of data, legal, and tech dependencies to deliver top-notch user experiences without compromising user outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in product design.
- Excellent portfolio that demonstrates love and care for craft.
- Curiosity and an ability to grasp complex subject matter.
- Ability to identify action items and move projects forward when facing ambiguity.
- Strong collaboration with your design team and cross-functional partners without ego.
