About the role
- Demonstrate the Fusion custodial services technology platform to Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) prospects
- Deliver tailored demonstrations and address technical questions during demos
- Manage HubSpot CRM including contact segmentation, workflow automation, and accurate record-keeping
- Assist the sales team with scheduling, administrative tasks, and preparation of sales materials
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide prompt support
- Stay current on Fusion platform updates and collaborate with product teams
- Provide data-driven insights to improve sales and demo processes
- Support business development initiatives and act as liaison between technology and prospective clients
Requirements
- Solid understanding of custodial services and the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) industry
- Proficiency with CRM systems; experience with HubSpot preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in a similar role within the financial or tech sector is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 25%
