About the role

  • Design and manage sales incentive plans that motivate teams and align with business goals
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards (Power BI / similar) to provide clear, actionable insights
  • Lead on territory planning and quota setting, using data to ensure fair and effective coverage
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to influence commercial strategy
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and reporting to enhance decision-making

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical roles
  • Strong skills in Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • A solid understanding of revenue, forecasting, and sales performance metrics
  • The ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
