About the role

  • Source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates
  • Interview prospective IT candidates via video, phone, and/or in person
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent
  • Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
  • Maintain on-going contact with IT professionals on contract assignments
  • Generate leads and market intelligence for client development
  • Maintain relationships with candidates for industry knowledge and referrals
  • Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ of experience in IT-related field is preferred
