About the role
- Source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates
- Interview prospective IT candidates via video, phone, and/or in person
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent
- Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
- Maintain on-going contact with IT professionals on contract assignments
- Generate leads and market intelligence for client development
- Maintain relationships with candidates for industry knowledge and referrals
- Meet and exceed weekly business development goals
Requirements
- 2+ years’ of experience in IT-related field is preferred
- strong desire to build a career in recruiting
- proven negotiating and closing skills
- ability to build candidate relationships
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
