About the role
- Oversee multiple practice directors and/or serve as a practice director for one practice group.
- Motivate and provide direction to all branch employees.
- Responsible for incremental branch revenue growth.
- Actively lead marketing activities and maintain a productive business generation culture.
- Supervise the administrative functions of the branch office.
- Achieve revenue, margin and operating income goals.
- Build collaborative relationships throughout the organization and market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred.
- 2+ years’ management or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years’ talent manager experience required.
- Proven performance in talent manager and practice director roles.
- Experience developing and managing budgets.
- Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, databases and other systems.
