About the role
- Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full time placement solutions
- Market to Technology leaders via telephone, video, and in-person meetings
- Participate in local association and networking events
- Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
- Maintain ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals
- Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently
- Meet and exceed weekly business development goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Technology degree preferred
- 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in a Technology related field is preferred
- Proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships
- Combination of business development and account management skills are required
- Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proven track record of success and competitive self-motivation.
