About the role

  • Support and administration of the CareTrack telematics system and the Dealer Machine Management (DMM) system
  • Processing and dispatching of incoming Active Care orders and providing feedback to Volvo CE
  • Handling Connected Services
  • Maintaining service conditions in Microsoft D365
  • Drafting letters related to service conditions
  • Planning and organizing in-house training

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Professional experience in customer support or a comparable position is an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is a plus
  • Independent, structured working style and strong organizational skills
  • Commitment, team spirit, sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
  • Good spoken and written English is an advantage
