About the role

  • Build and scale a powerful, multi-tier partner network to drive sustainable revenue growth in the United States.
  • Onboard, train, and enable partners to successfully market and implement RobCo solutions.
  • Develop and manage partner and end-customer projects together with partners throughout all phases of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to close.
  • Identify new opportunities, trends, and strategic partners to proactively guide partner strategy.
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets, manage sales opportunities, opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting in close alignment with the Sales Leadership team.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Concept Engineering, Marketing, Operations) to align partner programs and go-to-market strategies.
  • Professionally represent RobCo at industry events, trade shows, and workshops.
  • Capture partner and customer feedback and feed it directly into product and partner development for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in multi-tier business-to-business sales or channel management, ideally in robotics, automation, SaaS, or technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building partner networks, acquiring new partners, and developing existing partner relationships.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, high numerical aptitude, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation confidence, and professional presence at all levels – with both partners and C-level decision-makers.
  • Independent, structured working style with high initiative and strong partner and customer orientation.
  • Ability to understand and convincingly communicate technical automation solutions – technical background is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • University degree in business, engineering, or comparable qualification.
