Supply Chain

• Establish and oversee RobCo’s Austin office operations, combining office management with supply chain focus.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments of robotics solutions, spare parts, and demo equipment.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time, cost-effective transport.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, and inventory control of robotics modules and related equipment.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation (packing lists, bills of lading, customs forms).
• Optimize logistics flows and warehouse organization within the Austin facility.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues proactively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and office service providers.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and efficient workspace; support visiting engineers, customers, and partners with onsite needs.
• Oversee office supplies, deliveries, and facility upkeep.
• Collaborate with Customer Value Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Finance, and Operations on timelines, vendor management, cost control, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and handling procedures for robotics systems.
