  • Strategic business development — build and expand a high-performing, multi-tier partner network to drive sustainable revenue growth in Germany.
  • Partner enablement — onboard, train, and empower partners to successfully market and implement RobCo solutions.
  • End-to-end partner management — develop and manage partner and end-customer projects together with partners through all phases of the sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract close.
  • Market and competitor analysis — identify new opportunities, trends, and strategic partners to proactively shape the partner strategy.
  • Targeted pipeline management — responsible for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets, precise management of sales opportunities, opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting in close coordination with the sales leadership team.
  • Collaboration and coordination — work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Concept Engineering, Marketing, Operations) to align partner programs and go-to-market strategies.
  • Brand representation — professionally represent RobCo at industry events, trade shows, and workshops.
  • Gaining insights — collect partner and customer feedback and feed it directly into product and partner development to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-tier B2B sales or channel management, ideally in robotics, automation, SaaS, or technical solutions.
  • Proven track record in building partner networks, acquiring new partners, and developing existing partner relationships.
  • Strong commercial mindset, strong numerical literacy, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation confidence, and professional demeanor at all levels — with partners as well as C-level executives.
  • Independent, structured working style with high initiative and strong partner- and customer-orientation.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical automation solutions convincingly — technical background is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Degree in a technical or business field or comparable qualification.
  • Fluency in German and very good written and spoken English.
Benefits
  • Train at over 7,200 studios across Germany with our subsidized Wellpass membership.
  • Flexible working hours, a modern office and — depending on the role — the option to work from home.
  • Regular team events — from relaxed beer & pizza nights on the rooftop to shared experiences like ski trips or visits to Oktoberfest.
