About the role

  • Join and strengthen Robbu's AI team, reducing bot development time by acting as a technical reference and supporting the definition of AI best practices.
  • Implement chatbots using state-of-the-art AI integrated with Robbu's platform, defining standards for prompting, conversation design, resource usage, and AI governance.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the backend orchestration layer for LLMs consumed by the platform's bots.
  • Contribute to the development of the platform's reusable AI layer, decoupled from each bot's specific flows.
  • Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) in a robust and scalable manner.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience implementing traditional flow-based chatbots in B2B, SaaS, and Enterprise environments for high-traffic or mission-critical applications, preferably involving call centers and complex backends.
  • 2 years of proven experience deploying complex conversational AI chatbots using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, HubSpot Builder, Tidio, Botpress, CrewAI, Zapier, Vertex AI, or others.
  • Experience in backend development involving queue management, event-driven and asynchronous services, resource scaling, and monitoring best practices (logs, tracing, and alerts).
  • Knowledge of scalable and resilient architectures for real-time critical applications.
  • Strong programming skills.
