Paralegal

• Provide administrative and legal support to the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation attorneys.
• Organize and analyze documents and case work, including employment records, claim file records, medical bills, and large numbers of medical records.
• Draft pleadings and other court documents; prepare discovery requests and responses.
• File/eFile pleadings with the courts and serve the same on appropriate case-related parties.
• Schedule hearings, depositions, medical evaluations, attorney conferences, client meetings, court reporters and interpreters.
• Actively contribute in all phases of the discovery process and prepare exhibits and documents for court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Prepare exhibits, exhibit and witness lists for trials/hearings, pre-trial conference memos, mediation materials, and settlement documents.
• Assist with maintaining an accurate calendar for assigned attorneys by docketing deadlines in Smart Advocate and Outlook calendaring.
• Provide substantive administrative support to attorneys to enhance office efficiency and effectiveness.
• Consistently produce high level work that is accurate and meets or exceeds Firm standards.
• Communicate clearly and effectively and work professionally with all attorneys and Legal Assistants assigned to the team.

Account Executive

• Lead Generation & Outreach : Proactively identify and connect with potential clients, including graphic designers, creative directors, and outdoor advertising companies, by leveraging outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and industry events to build strong, long-term relationships.
• Sales Funnel & Pipeline Management: Develop, manage, and optimize a structured sales process using HubSpot CRM to track leads, opportunities, and conversions.
• B2B Sales Execution : Navigate both business and consumer sales channels to drive revenue growth and establish long-term client relationships.
• Event Representation : Attend and represent Drive Your Art at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to generate leads and establish brand presence.
• Collaboration with Marketing : Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and targeted promotional campaigns for new market launches. This includes initiatives such as influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and other strategic growth initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Client Onboarding & Retention : Ensure smooth onboarding for new users, providing training ( if needed ) and ongoing support to maximize platform adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Data-Driven Sales Strategy : Analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine outreach efforts and enhance revenue opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork : Work independently while also collaborating with internal teams to improve the product, refine messaging, and enhance overall sales efforts.
