• Source, win and grow a defined territory of UK target accounts
• Attract new customers by identifying brands' use cases and partnering with marketing to source new leads
• Build and run a pipeline through prospecting, outreach, qualification, negotiation and closing
• Win business from entrenched incumbent suppliers
• Develop won accounts and a defined set of existing customers as a trusted advisor
• Build data-driven business cases demonstrating top-line and bottom-line value
• Identify best-in-class market initiatives for replication across Europe
• Own the profitability of written business
• Take full accountability for a personal revenue number
• Report directly to the Head of Sales
