About the role
- Identify prospective clients by thoroughly reviewing our internal database
- Initiate contact with potential prospects to gather essential information regarding their relocation needs, subsequently transferring them to the appropriate sales representative
- Create comprehensive moving profiles and maintain accurate customer information within our internal software systems
- Collaborate with the outside sales department to coordinate on-site visits with relocation specialists
- Effectively manage data for new and prospective customers, ensuring all information is meticulously logged into the system with precision and consistency
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or sales role
- Proficiency in managing high call volumes and the ability to excel under pressure
- A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a professional demeanor
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays
- Flexible availability to accommodate varying schedules
- Shifts starts from 10:00 AM EST to 12PM EST including Saturdays and Sundays
