• Lead and take end-to-end ownership of cross-functional strategic initiatives and commercially relevant projects

• You will be the first point of contact for questions about our “rent” and “subscription” products.
• First-level support: You will provide customers with solutions in challenging travel situations and ensure end-to-end case resolution.
• Your primary focus will be roadside assistance.
• You will be supported by modern AI tools to help you assist customers more effectively.
• During the high season, the phone will be your main communication channel (browser-based and modern).
• Managing booking adjustments: You will coordinate existing bookings and subscriptions, including updates, rebookings, and cancellations.
• When required, you will also assist with customer claims handling.
• You will work closely with other teams, including product development and our international locations, to maximize service quality.

Junior Customer Success Expert

• First-level support: You provide our customers with solutions in challenging travel situations and ensure case-closure. Your focus will be on "Roadside Assistance". You will be supported by modern AI tools to help more effectively.

• Handling booking adjustments: Your tasks include coordinating existing bookings and subscriptions, whether updates, rebookings, or cancellations.
• When needed, you assist with processing complaints and claims.
• You will work closely with other teams, including product development and our international locations, to maximize service quality.

• Du übernimmst vorbereitende Aufgaben für die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung und arbeitest eng mit unseren internen Payroll Experten zusammen.
• Du unterstützt laufende HR-Projekte mit Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung, Datenqualität und die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben in unterschiedlichen Ländern.
• Du bist Ansprechperson für die Anliegen unserer Mitarbeitenden und findest gemeinsam mit deinem Team pragmatische Lösungen.
