Social Media Manager

• Manage and publish content across our branded Meta Channels (Instagram / Facebook) and LinkedIn
• Write captions aligned with Road Rebel’s tone (edgy, clear, confident)
• Create social media visuals aligned with Road Rebel’s style and aesthetic (edgy, premium, dynamic)
• Repurpose internal materials (sales playbook, case studies, gathered testimonials, etc.) into digestible posts in brand-aligned aesthetic
• Execute monthly social calendars and weekly posting schedules
• Recommend and apply applicable social media strategy, templates, and formats to drive engagement
• Follow a creation cadence of at least a month ahead of content publishing (moving up to two months ahead)
• Automate responses to comments, DMs, and industry conversations
• Escalate replies and inquiries as needed
• Engage collegiate athletics accounts, producers, coordinators, and other targeted demographic with dynamic content across identified social channels
• Monitor competitor accounts and relevant industry news
• Grow the social channels via organic content
• Build authority and thought leadership through targeted engagement
• Provide relevant insights, trend recommendations, and monthly analytics reports
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer for more complicated templates and visuals
