• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for engineering and corporate roles through proactive candidate identification and outreach across multiple channels.
• Screening applicants for qualifications, technical fit (where applicable), and role alignment.
• Utilize advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates in competitive markets
• Coordinating interviews and managing scheduling to ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Partner with TA team to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Work with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain data integrity and ensure smooth pipeline management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging talent pools, and innovative sourcing techniques
