About the role

  • This is a remote position.
  • We power fast-growing crypto casino and sportsbook brands across global markets.
  • We are looking for a high-impact Head of Affiliates to own, scale, and optimise our affiliate strategy end-to-end.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage the affiliate department, including a team of Affiliate Managers
  • Scale affiliate marketing traffic to drive revenue and conversion growth
  • Recruit new affiliates and manage long-term relationships with existing partners
  • Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and performance bonuses to maximise ROI
  • Design and execute innovative affiliate strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor, track, and analyse affiliate performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and reports
  • Ensure affiliate compliance with company terms, conditions, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Data teams to align affiliate strategy with business objectives
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within crypto iGaming
  • Very strong analytical experience – mandatory
  • Established personal relationships with top crypto affiliates – mandatory
  • 3+ years of experience as a Lead Affiliate Manager / Head of Affiliates within iGaming or Crypto Casino
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and attribution models
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and scale high-performing affiliate programs
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to turn insights into action.
