About the role
- Develop and manage relationships with regional accounts, distributors, and healthcare providers.
- Drive sales growth for RLS products and services within assigned territory.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and new business development.
- Provide product education, clinical insights, and service differentiation to customers.
- Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and account performance against targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Represent RLS at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or a related commercial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or medical devices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills: Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, using clear and concise language.
- Demonstrate the ability to bounce back from setbacks and persevere in the face of challenges.
