• Manage the contract administration for capital projects, including the review and preparation of contracts, monitoring contract compliance, and the review and processing of invoices.
• Oversee contract negotiation, providing assistance to project managers and acting as the liaison with the internal legal department.
• Be an e-Builder and Yardi system “Super User,” which includes inputting data, troubleshooting, and maintaining data integrity.
• Process management and improvement.
• Assist with enterprise capital expenditure budget monitoring and provide in-depth financial analysis.
• Lead in training internal and external stakeholders to include 3rd party project managers and property management entities in relation to renovation and maintenance capital expenditure processes.
