• Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems, applications, and peripherals as well as Point of Sales systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.
• Educate staff on best practices for using technology and software applications.
• Collaborate closely with the IT team to support the rollout of new technologies and ensure smooth execution of system upgrades.
