About the role
- Advise clients and develop solutions to a variety of problems related to people, process, and technology optimization.
- Manage rapid diagnostics to identify opportunities for operational transformation.
- Develop and execute transformation plans tied to EBITDA targets.
- Lead buy-side and sell-side carve-out projects.
- Oversee post-acquisition carve-out implementation.
- Ensure operational due diligence findings are realized.
- Drive 100-day planning processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in consulting/advisory role supporting integration, separation, and / or stand-up initiatives.
- Knowledge of and experience with change management and organizational communication principles.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of operations and required KPIs, balanced scorecarding.
- Extensive experience delivering buy-side and sell-side carve-out services.
- Deep understanding of the private equity lifecycle.
