About the role
- Operationalize repeatable communications deliverables and programs to ensure consistent quality
- Support the development and execution of integrated internal communications plans
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal functional partners
- Create, edit, and publish engaging employee-facing content
- Maintain and execute firmwide intranet content management
- Play an active role in quarterly employee engagement survey process
Requirements
- Experience in developing and driving employee engagement and communications, preferably in a global professional services or agency environment
- Strong operational and project management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communications abilities
- An exceptional listener and collaborator with notable executive presence
- Adept at creating communications products across many channels
- Strong understanding of internal and corporate communications best practices
- Mastery of technology and tools required to execute communications at scale including ChatGPT Enterprise, Staffbase, SharePoint, Workday/Peakon, Asana, Excel, and Outlook required
