About the role
- Lead the planning, governance, and delivery of multi-phase ERP and enterprise business application programs.
- Advise executive stakeholders on platform selection, solution architecture, operating model implications, and transformation roadmaps.
- Oversee technology-enabled M&A integration and carve-out engagements.
- Support Day-1 readiness, TSA planning and exit, and standalone environment design and execution.
- Lead finance and operational transformation initiatives, including process standardization, automation, data governance, and reporting/KPI modernization.
- Partner with finance, operations, and IT leaders to align business system capabilities with PE/corporate business objectives.
- Establish and manage program governance structures, including steering committees and executive reporting.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve cross-functional risks and issues.
- Lead and mentor managers, senior associates, and associates across multiple engagements.
- Ensure high-quality delivery, strong client relationships, and adherence to Riveron standards.
- Support pursuit strategy, proposal development, and executive-level client presentations.
- Develop reusable methodologies, accelerators, and thought leadership supporting Riveron’s go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred but not required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in ERP delivery, enterprise transformation, or management consulting.
- Proven track record leading dozens of full lifecycle ERP implementations through PMOs.
- Strong executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience across major ERP platforms such as Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday and SAP.
- Background in integrations, data migration, cloud deployments, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience supporting M&A technology strategy, IT due diligence, and carve-out execution.
