About the role
- Identify, assess, and prioritize RPA and AI-driven automation opportunities with business stakeholders.
- Define and maintain the enterprise automation roadmap aligned with business strategy and ROI.
- Lead process discovery, feasibility analysis, and solution design (PDDs, SDDs).
- Oversee development, testing, deployment, and support of RPA bots and AI-enabled automations.
- Incorporate AI capabilities such as IDP/OCR, NLP, ML, and GenAI where appropriate.
- Establish and enforce automation standards, governance, security, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor automation teams; conduct design and code reviews.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business, IT, and leadership, communicating progress and value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 7–10 years of RPA/automation experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Automation Anywhere and/or Power Automate certifications preferred.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale intelligent automation programs.
