Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Development and Learning & Development
- 4+ years of team leadership, including coaching, impact management, and team development
- Demonstrated success designing and scaling manager/leader development and onboarding programs tied to business outcomes
- Led enterprise-wide organizational efforts related to building capability (leaders, teams)
- Data-driven approach to program evaluation, measurement, and continuous improvement
