About the role
- Assist with equity and investment research.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly financial reconciliations.
- Help monitor and reconcile bank accounts, brokerage accounts, and platform wallets.
- Track relevant market news, earnings reports, and industry trends.
- Contribute to preparing financial reports and insights for decision-making.
- Support the creation and improvement of internal finance processes and controls.
Requirements
- Completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets (experience with accounting tools is a plus).
- Interest in financial markets (NSE & US markets) and investment management.
- Eagerness to learn, curious mindset, and ability to work well in a dynamic startup team.
