About the role
- Lead day-to-day strategic direction across demand campaign accounts, ensuring work ladders up to client business objectives and brand positioning.
- Develop and deliver brand positioning frameworks, audience insights, and campaign strategies that drive measurable performance and cultural relevance.
- Act as the bridge between research, data, and creativity — ensuring insights are translated into clear, actionable briefs for creative and social teams.
- Maintain client satisfaction scores of 8+, acting as a trusted partner and strategic advisor.
- Deliver at least one significant strategic pivot or campaign evolution per quarter, based on insights and performance data.
- Collaborate across departments (social, creative, PR, influencer, SEO) to build fully integrated campaign strategies.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years’ experience in brand strategy, comms planning, or integrated marketing strategy (agency experience preferred)
- Strong experience in brand positioning, insight development, and campaign planning
- Proven ability to bridge data and creativity — turning numbers into narratives that unlock big ideas
- Confident client communicator and presenter, with experience building trusted relationships
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, integrated environments where strategy drives both performance and creativity.
