About the role

  • Develop, sell in, manage, and evaluate PR campaigns and ongoing reactive PR activity
  • Build strong relationships and trust with clients
  • Oversee account plans and drive performance to meet KPIs
  • Create detailed reports on PR performance and prove ROI to clients
  • Communicate directly with clients to keep them informed
  • Train, supervise, and provide feedback to account execs
  • Own campaign ideation and brainstorming with the creative team
  • Drive agency culture and support junior team members

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in PR agency side
  • Experience in digital and traditional PR
  • Good understanding of SEO and social media platform operations
  • Media relations expertise with great media contacts
  • Ability to develop and run data first ideas using audience, data and topics that are relevant
  • Writing press releases and leading strategy on media lists
  • Understanding of competitors' media placements and strategies
