About the role
- Develop, sell in, manage, and evaluate PR campaigns and ongoing reactive PR activity
- Build strong relationships and trust with clients
- Oversee account plans and drive performance to meet KPIs
- Create detailed reports on PR performance and prove ROI to clients
- Communicate directly with clients to keep them informed
- Train, supervise, and provide feedback to account execs
- Own campaign ideation and brainstorming with the creative team
- Drive agency culture and support junior team members
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in PR agency side
- Experience in digital and traditional PR
- Good understanding of SEO and social media platform operations
- Media relations expertise with great media contacts
- Ability to develop and run data first ideas using audience, data and topics that are relevant
- Writing press releases and leading strategy on media lists
- Understanding of competitors' media placements and strategies
