About the role
- Lead the US PR team ensuring excellent output and motivated members
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Support the development and training of team members
- Manage a portfolio of PR accounts and strategic support to clients
- Chair weekly team meetings to ensure capacity and forecasts are accurate
- Keep abreast of industry trends and share insights with the team
- Ensure all client and internal deadlines are respected
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a PR team
- Strong understanding of digital PR and media relations
- Ability to manage multiple PR accounts effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Mavenlink or similar project management software
- Strong understanding of client relationship management
