About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, running a 2–4 week sales process and closing $20,000+ ACV deals
  • Prospect & generate pipeline by identifying high potential startups and fast growing companies
  • Lead discovery, run product demos, and manage pilots through to signed partnerships
  • Sell directly to Founders, CEOs, and senior executives and build executive relationships
  • Own your number: consistently hit and exceed quota and keep CRM and pipeline data clean and actionable
  • Collaborate with post sales, marketing and business development teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer success
  • Work closely with go-to-market and post sales teams to deliver a successful customer experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of closing $20k+ ACV SaaS deals
  • Strong history of quota attainment in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Confidence and skill in selling to senior executives (Founders, CEOs, VPs)
  • Grit, organization, and perseverance — able to manage multiple deals and priorities in a new-market environment
  • A consultative sales approach, with the ability to connect customer challenges to measurable business value
  • Ability to own the full sales cycle and run a 2–4 week sales process
  • Comfortable selling directly to Founders, CEOs, and senior executives
  • Nice to have: Experience in HR tech, talent acquisition, or recruiting SaaS
  • Nice to have: Exposure to early-stage sales motions or new-market development
