About the role
- Lead Ripple Fiber’s sales operations function for the MDU Bulk Sales organization.
- Drive operational excellence by developing and executing strategies that streamline processes, improve data integrity, and enable sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Act as a key partner to Sales leadership and Account Directors, ensuring alignment across systems, reporting, and post-sales implementation.
- Design and implement scalable sales processes for MDU Bulk sales.
- Manage CRM platform and ensure adoption across the sales organization.
- Support VP of Sales and Account Directors with proposal preparation, pricing models, and presentation development.
- Build and support a team that acts as liaison between Sales, Operations, and customer for new bulk customer implementations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related field, with leadership responsibilities.
- Expertise in CRM administration and sales process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Power BI, QuickBase, and advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
