About the role
- Conduct visits to automotive repair shops and engine reconditioning shops;
- Promote RIO products and address inquiries;
- Conduct product demonstrations at points of sale;
- Organize and deliver presentations and workshops for applicators/technicians;
- Assist with recording technical video lessons about RIO products;
- Train distributors and end users to improve the correct use of our products;
- Coordinate merchandising activities with support from the Marketing department;
- Provide support to the technical and warranty departments;
- Manage visit reports containing information that leads to improvement actions;
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the automotive/mechanical sector
- Experience serving distributors and end users
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office suite)
- Valid category B driver's license
- Availability to travel and attend events on weekends
